One that expands to include our relationship to Others\, to Community\, to the Spirit World and to the Source of Life itself. Developing one’s connection across these five dimensions of relationship\, supports your presence and potency on and off the dance floor. (See session structure below) \nAs we tap into the wisdom of the moving body\, we can transform some of the lead of our habitual selves into the golden radiance of soulfulness\, while growing an inner landscape of compassion. In Desmond Tutu’s words: “The key to joy is to get in touch with your own natural compassion and live from there.” \nWhether you are new to embodiment wellbeing practice and conscious dance – or an experienced pro – you are welcome. Bring your curious\, explorative\, wild\, free\, and tender hearts and join the dance! \nYou are being invited to jump on board and journey through all 5 sessions to receive the depth of the medicine. Working with the same people over a period of time – supports a safe space to deepen trust and weave community-minded\, warm\, welcoming and supportive connections of synergetic co-creation. However if you can’t come for the whole series – then do join us on a drop in level.
