It is a time of renewal and rebirth. We plant the seeds of our intentions\, gather resources\, shed which we have outgrown and lift our prayers through the wisdom of the moving body. Dancing to discover new possibilities\, we connect to the abundance and the blossoming of the natural world. We open ourselves to receive insight and inspiration and dance for healing on a personal\, relational\, community and spiritual level. \nTo celebrate this special time of year\, we will work with the beautiful heart opening medicine of Cacao.
