We will begin our journey with the beautiful heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao. Central American ancestors used cacao as far back as 1900BC as a health elixir and ceremonial medicine to heal the mental, physical and spiritual body.

As we set our intentions, we drop into an immersive and guided dance journey – tending to both the slow, deep, quiet spaces and the wild, free, expressive places of our hearts. Our movement becomes medicine, as we align the inner compass of the heart towards a greater sense of compassion for ourselves, each other and the wider web of life. Collectively we rise and radiate our love as a blessing into the world.
