As winter ends and spring begins – we invite the vibrancy, momentum and creative energy of the season to fuel our hopes and dreams. It is a time of renewal and rebirth. We plant the seeds of our intentions and lift our prayers through the wisdom of the moving body. We open ourselves to receive insight and vision and dance for healing on a personal, relational, community and spiritual level.

To celebrate this special time of year, we will work with the beautiful heart opening medicine of Cacao. Cacao has been used through the ages as a health elixir and ceremonial medicine by our Central American ancestors to heal the mental, physical and spiritual body. Together we will enjoy a beautifully prepared cup of ceremonial cacao – sourced from ancient Cacao gardens in Peru.
