Join our beautifully crafted, immersive and guided ceremonial dance space to celebrate the Spring Equinox and the return of the light after the depth and darkness of the winter months.

As winter ends and spring begins – we invite the vibrancy, momentum and creative energy of the season to fuel our hopes and dreams. It is a time of renewal and rebirth. We plant the seeds of our intentions, gather resources, shed which we have outgrown and lift our prayers through the wisdom of the moving body. Dancing to discover new possibilities, we connect to the abundance and the blossoming of the natural world. We open ourselves to receive insight and inspiration and dance for healing on a personal, relational, community and spiritual level.

To celebrate this special time of year, we will work with the beautiful heart opening medicine of Cacao. Cacao has been used as far back as 1900BC as a health elixir and ceremonial medicine by our Central American ancestors to heal the mental, physical and spiritual body.
